Mount Oberon Summit
Follow the track on a subtle uphill climb to the viewing platform at the summit of Mount Oberon. It offers a unique vantage point to view the dramatic and beautiful meeting of land and sea at the southern-most point of Australia’s mainland.
Wilsons Promontory National Park
6.8km (2 hours) return
Take the South Gippsland Highway (A440) from Melbourne, turning south at Meeniyan (C444). Follow the signs to the National Park entrance. From there, travel 30km into the Park and turn left into the well signposted road up to Telegraph Saddle just before you reach Tidal River. During summer a bus operates between Tidal River and Telegraph Saddle.

Level 3 - Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep sections, a rough surface and steps. Walks up to 20km.
Beware of unprotected cliffs at the summit
