The Lyrebird Forest Walk follows Little Morwell River through native South Gippsland forest in the Strzelecki Ranges to beautiful views over surrounding farmland providing a lovely visual contrast.

Well signposted turn off 3.3 km north of Mirboo North on the Strzelecki Hwy (B460)
No fees, permits or bookings required
Parking and picnic facilities. Wheelchair access is available at the car park and to a point 0.75km along Little Morwell River Walk.
Level 2 - No experience required. The track is hardened gravel or compacted surface and may have a gentle hill section or sections and some steps. Walks up to 10km.
Pets and firearms not permitted. Please observe fire restrictions.
